By accessing Fluently Flow, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Fluently Flow if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Termination and Account Cancellation

Users may terminate their account by following the account closure procedures. Upon termination, the user's right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Copyright Acknowledgement

By uploading any music or content to Fluently Flow, you affirm that you are the rightful owner or have obtained necessary licenses or permissions for any and all content you provide. You are fully responsible for the content uploaded and must ensure compliance with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of copyrighted material is a violation of the law and that you are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of the content you upload.
License Grant

When you upload, post, or otherwise make available any content on Fluently Flow, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. This license allows us to feature your content within our service and promote Fluently Flow.
2. Scope of License
This license is for the sole purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services.
